Mark order as "Sample" or "Gift" for Commercial Invoice purposes

Frequently, clients may need to send gifts to influencers or samples out internationally. There is no way to mark them as "sample" or "gift" in ShipEdge to my knowledge currently. This results in them either putting everything as $1 and getting flagged and held at customs or not doing anything and the person has to pay customs fees to clear it or they have to do DDP to pay customs they shouldn't need to pay or they ask us and it's a long process to manually create it in Easypost.

Thank you for your suggestions. We have received the same request from multiple customers and we think it would be a viable development. I have now updated the status on this to Planned. I cannot provide an ETA on when to expect this but will make a post once it is done.

This is an essential feature for international shipping and I probably won't be able to get rid of my old shipping platform until it is added.

As part of the Shipedge v11.3.0 release we have added the ability for the WMS to tag an order as sample/gift. Check out the release notes here: https://roadmap.shipedge.com/changelog/33604
