Currently the mark order ass error button available to the warehouse appears to no longer be working. The put on hold by request option is also a better solution. The only thing missing from the "Put on hold by request" function is there is no way to attach a note. As an example if an order comes in and there is an address issues this function would help to prevent the warehouse from needing to manually reach out to clients. Place problem order on hold with a note "Invalid shipping address, please update and realse the order"
