Update Billing Options for Case Picking

Currently if a case pick is set up on an SKU and that SKU is ordered in a full case quantitiy the system will bill both the processing or 1st pick rate as well as the case pick rate vs just the case pick rate. There should be a little Yes/No option under case pick where you can select if you want the processing fee/1st pick fee to be billed to orders that have a case pick. This will prevent needing to go back to orders that have a case pick and adjusting out the extra billing that is occuring.
