3rd party billing right now does not map from the OMS to WMS. When OMS users create or edit an order they aren't able to add 3rd party account information to bill. Right now this has to be done at the WMS level.

This means that OMS users first have to enter wrong billing information, and then communicate a correct through some other means, hoping that it is caught in the WMS before the shipment is sent. This leaves room for errors. it also requries additional work on both parties that could have been entered when the order was first created.

This mapping gap should be closed.
