New Post
Currently, when a user wants to upload a CSV for replenishment, they are presented with the same CSV file for uploading additional items. This makes it easier for a user to create new items and add a replenishment when needed. However, for most users, it is just a file with too many available columns. Additionally, it can wreak havoc if they make a mistake and select the "Update existing SKU" option. It would be great if there was a 2nd CSV that could be downloaded and used for replenishments. Call this version the quick replenishment, providing the user with only the ability to enter the SKU and the quantity. Years back, this file existed and could be downloaded from the replenishment page. I don't know why it was removed, but adding it back would be very helpful.
If you create a new replenishment, you can upload a simple list of Skus and Qtys. Was that removed?
@product_strategy Yes, it was removed. The only two options are Shopify Default and Initial
Template, which are the same when uploading new SKUs.

Yes, that is not currently present under any OMS system we have checked in.
With our updated header mapping feature, any source file can be used and mapped accordingly to the system headers. So in the case of a replenishment, you can create your own CSV with just SKU, Description, and Quantity and then map to the corresponding headers as those are the only required fields to generate a replenishment.
Given that, would you still find it valuable for us to pre-generate a template for download with those three headers?
Yes, the template would make it easier for all users to download and upload that file without the warehouse needing to have a process to get the 3 SKU template out to all users.
