The WMS Shipped Orders Report currently only returns data for active OMS accounts at the time the report is created. Improvement for the report so includes records for any OMS active during the specified date range.

This is not possible because the data of the OMS account is deleted as it gets deactivated. We used to leave the data, but we no longer do that. User should use reports before deactivating the OMS account.
