Add oversold view to WMS

When setting up distribution, sometimes the SKU in question is a BOM synset. Therefore they have to create a manufacturing order before they can set up the Transfer Replenishment. Rather that having to go back and forth between OMS/WMS multiple times, it would be nice to have the oversold view that is in the OMS available in the WMS as well so they can see how many kits they need to manufacture prior to creating the transfer Replenishment.
