Auto charge for printing

On the old processing screens when an attachment was printed the user was asked how many pages and in turn the OMS was billed the set fee. On the new processing screens when an attachment is opened and printed there is no way to bill back for this. The rates per page are already set up, the system should bill back for the number of pages that are printed automatically.
