Because not all returns have the same number of units and the work pretty much the same as outbound picking orders in reverse, the system will automatically charge the same handling for returns inbound that you have configured for orders outbound. 3PL can add additional charges using Procedures. We will work on turning off the option for charging handling on inbound returns.
