Populate Carrier name when Fixing Shipmethod API errors.

When selecting a Shipedge Method to fix a Shipmethod API error. the carrier attached to that method does not autopopulate. It leaves it blank and I still need to manually enter the Carrier Name field. This should be able to autopopulate based on which carrier that is attached to the shipping method.
