Most of our clients are billed daily. We have some clients we want to include a monthly minimum handling charge for. However, since our clients are billed daily they are charged 1/30 of the minimum handling charge every day. Order volumes fluctuate so handling charges may be less one day and more the next but still reach the minimum handling charge at the end of the month. They get billed 1/30 of the min handling charge on weekends too when most warehouses dont operate which is unfair to the customer. We would like to be able to bill minimum handling charges on a monthly basis even if were billing everything else daily. Similar to how storage can be billed monthly even if the client is set to be billed daily.
