Bulk upload serials on inbound

When a client wants to track serials in/out there should be a way to upload all serials on the order at one time. When scanning many serials the app and the desktop tend to time out which losses all of the scans that had been done. Allowing either the Client to send a full list or to scan large quantities into excel will prevent these issues.
