When using the website or the app when you are woking in a pop up window or secondary window (an example when receiving serials) the system is not registering work done on that screen. So if you are scanning in 100 serials by the time the work has been completed the pop up windoe goes to close the primary interface has timed out and the work is lost. Any work done within ShipEdge or a pop up window/secondary screen should be registering as activity so this does not happen.
