Most of our clients have a need from time to time to create a shipping label. The labels can be for a product their customer wants to return but the return is not coming back to us. Sometimes these returns are going back to a factory because it's defective. Sometimes a client wants to create a label to send a sample from their office to a client. As of now they email us and we will create the label for them and then add the charge to their shipedge account with our standard mark up. It would be great if there was a place for clients to create these labels from within their OMS system, possibly right on she shipping estimator page. This would allow clients to be more self sufficient and still be able to take advantage of our shipping discounts.
