The default when the OMS or WMS search for an order on the all orders screen is only a 2 month history. This screen should default to all history and then allow for it to be paired down to a shorter time in history. We receive calls from users who are trying to find older orders that don't come up when they search. If you use this page all of the time you learn to update the search date prior to searching but for companies with multiple users who only access this page occasionally it can be confusing.
