The reports currently available give a general overview of the warehouse, its stock levels, sales etc. There is currently no way to track worker performance. There needs to be a way to see the number of picks an individual person accomplished. The number of orders shipper completed, along with how many units they physically packed. When hiring and training a new employee for a position we should have easy access to bench marks they need to hit based on past performance. When making changes to the flow of the warehouse seeing if that is resulting in more picks would help determine what the net benefit of these changes were. Modifying packing stations to increase output what was the net benefit for the investment made. You already have the ability to create log ins for the web platform as well as the app. For any warehouse labor is a major expense. Having no viability as to what each worker completed in a given day is a pretty big gap that I hope will be fixed shortly.
