Separate DHL eCom Manifests (DOM + INTL)

We have gone over this with our rep and we are required to generate separate domestic and international manifests for DHL eCom pickups. Support is saying this would be a special project, but this is literally a requirement from DHL eCom to be able to ship with them. This would affect all of your clients who use DHL eCom.
