Harmonization code, country of origin

On the add SKU button there should be an option to add the Harmonization code and the county of origin. Right now the only way to add this information is to add the item then go to edit the item. When you edit the item the Harminization code is then available. The country of origin can only be added via an upload file or through the edit attributes option.
