The integrations available should be able to pull in the SKU's that are set up in a store so a user does not need to create them both in their Shopify or Ebay or other store as well as then create them in ShipEdge. As part of this the software should also pull down the picture of the items that is listed on the sales channel. This would mean the warehouse does not need to add pictures of each item or have the customer provide a domain where they can be pulled down from. The customer will only create their items 1 time and doesn't risk making an error when entering into 2 different platforms.
