Orders in low balance need to be editable and have the ability to be put on HOLD. Currently, you can't do that. But there are plenty of times where someone would want to edit or put an order on HOLD that is in low balance status. Should be pretty easy to implement I imagine but would save some awkward scenarios and waiting games the customer has to play when they have to time up when their payment will hit to make sure that the orders don't accidentally get fulfilled as soon as their payment goes through and orders are no longer in low balance status but in Pending.
