When setting up ship methods, currently, "Show-none" simply makes it not visible in the ship method translator.

Naturally, if we don't want them to be able to do that, it would also make sense for them not to be able to select this method when creating an order either.

So, we would like "Show-none" to also make it so this method is not selectable by the OMS.

To clarify though, we still would like it active and selectable/used in BRPs from the WMS side.
