Billing for Attachments

Attachments need to be printed separately. This is time-consuming in ShipEdge. These are often third party shipping labels, BOLs, packing lists for B2B orders, etc. I would like to request that this be configurable in billing so that when there is an attachment attached to an order, the client would be billed a set amount (ie $2). This would be huge for us as we have tons of clients who currently use the attachment functionality.
