Case Pick flag

Case QTY field is set up in the SKU settings. If the QTY of the SKU in the order >= the Case QTY for the SKU, there should be a Case Pick flag set on the order in Pending/Processing and on the SKU in the order details in Pending/Processing. This is important because most items are picked from small picking locations which do not house unopened master cases. Thus, we need to know if an order has a Case QTY and which SKU it has that for, so we can change the picking location to a larger bulk storage location which is where we would pick the case from (currently only possible in the Pending tab).
