Billing additional and separate service types

Billing Currrently ShipEdge lumps in packaging charges into the "Other" category. For billing, accounting and forecasting purposes, it would be helpful if packaging was a seperate service type. ShipEdge also lumps in receiving costs with storage costs, it would be helpful if they would separate these with unique Service Types.
