chose the wrong dispute type - can't submit another one.

I have a client that realized he chose the wrong dispute type and so removed the dispute. They want to file another dispute on the same order with the correct information, but the button to do so on the order was not there anymore. We tried declining the first dispute, but that did not allow for another dispute to be made. Is there a way for our client to submit another dispute on an order that already had a dispute?
