Staged Orders for LTL Pick Up

Currently, we have OMS' that ship LTL orders to their wholesaler clients, (AMAZON). Depending on the carrier that is picking up the freight it can be open for several days to weeks before pick up is made. I would like to see a step in between Processing and Shipped for orders that are waiting for pick up. Leaving the orders in processing can lead to multiple handling of the orders that are waiting for pick up. Even with pausing the order, the order can still be processed over and over.
