Hi @storme_ebelin !
I just wanted to let you know that we have some recently added some features that may accommodate your request. Orders have a sub-status which can be updated either via API or manually.
To update via navigate to https:// [wms_name] .shipedge.com/apirest/v4/oms/docs#/ (replacing wms_name with your Shipedge subdomain) and check out Orders: POST/orders/sub_status
To update manually you can do this via the WMS and we have a help article with instructions: https://wmshelp.shipedge.com/en/support/solutions/articles/47001256420
If this was not quite what you were looking for please let us know more details so we can consider this for future development.
that sounds great!! I clicked try it out on the Orders: POST/orders/sub_status but didnt see an update - I have the API Key from the WMS but not the account number?
@storme_ebelin As that is an OMS function you'll need the OMS account ID and API key related to the order you're trying to update. This can be found in OMS->Preferences->API Integration. If you continue to have issues please open a support ticket and our team can further assist.
We do not yet have this as an ability from the WMS API calls. The list of supported WMS functions can be found at https:// [wms_name] .shipedge.com/apirest/v4/wms/docs#/ (note that you must be logged into the WMS first to access this page).
If this is something you'd like the ability to do from the WMS API or any other suggestions you can post new feedback (https://roadmap.shipedge.com/feedback/add) and we will take it under consideration for future improvement. Thank you!
