Replenishments and VAS - Be able to see in progress charges

When adding VAS to Replenishments or to orders, it would be nice to see what charges have been already added when going to add more charges. Currently, we can only see which charges have been added to a Replenishment once it is in Archived History. For orders, we can only see once it has been shipped, not while we are adding the VAS in pending.
